Design and Performance Requirements

1.Pump Type: Single-stage, non-clog, self-cleaning centrifugal submersible pump, with a design similar to Flygt N-Technology.

2.Performance Parameters: 
Model: Equivalent to Flygt N 3085.
Flow Rate: Approx. 600 USgpm (~136 m³/h) max.
Head: Approx. 75 ft (~23 m) max.
Power: 2.2 - 4 hp.

3.Construction and Materials: 
Impeller: Hard-Iron option required for abrasive media.
Seals: Dual mechanical seals (GripLoc system or equivalent) must be employed. Option for leakage monitoring shall be available.
Bearings: Minimum 50,000 hours design life.

Drive and Control System

Motor:
Protection Class: IP68.
Insulation Class: Class H (180°C / 355°F).
Efficiency: Not lower than IE3 class.
Control: The bidder shall provide an intelligent controller (e.g., Flygt SmartRun or equivalent) that is fully compatible with the pump, capable of soft start/stop, pump cleaning, and fault diagnosis functions.
