Design and Performance Requirements

1.Pump Type: Single-stage, non-clog, self-cleaning centrifugal submersible pump, with a design similar to Flygt N-Technology.

2.Performance Parameters: 
Model: Equivalent to or superior to Flygt N 3400.
Flow Rate: 1500 m³/h.
Head: 25m.
Power: ~155 kW.

3.Construction and Materials: 
Impeller: Hard-Iron option must be provided to handle abrasive media.
Seals: Dual mechanical seals must be employed, equipped with a leakage monitoring and motor protection system equivalent to the Active Seal system.
Bearings: Design life shall not be less than 100,000 hours.

Drive and Control System

Motor:
Protection Class: IP68.
Insulation Class: Class H (155°C).
Efficiency: Not lower than IE3 class.
Control: The bidder shall provide an intelligent controller that is fully compatible with the pump, capable of soft start/stop, pump cleaning, and fault diagnosis functions.
